I pity any non-Duke person he happens to represent. Of course, if a non-Duke person is dumb enough to hire him, caveat emptor!

Apparently the Magic are hoping to corner the German NBA market!

I'm more interested in this year's FA and trade market. I barely know any of the draft picks unfortunately. I guess we need to follow the Euro young club guys.

I wonder if any team will pick Brony James before the Lakers 2nd rd pick, just to mess with Lebron. You take him and you can probably ask for a few assets from the Lakers. I hope this happens for some reason.

Well, you can either draft the player you want, or draft Bronny and hope to get very little back from the Lakers.
Hmmm. I think I'll go ahead and forgo Bronny. Especially since, ya know, he has a heart problem...But I'm not an NBA GM.

He works for a firm in Charlotte and it looks like he mainly focuses on commercial litigation. One of the cases he successfully defended was a costume business, who was sued for trademark and copyright claims brought on by the owners of the Barney the Dinosaur character.
