Corey Thomas is our starting 5. Period. Can he play 40 minutes a game? I’m hoping so…because I guess our backups at the 5 are gonna be Atlason, Linke, Meta, and Biliew. Which means we really don’t have any other options to play the 5. |

I imagine it’s a gray area and they may not describe it this way, but they should be staggering Hannah and Thomas minutes off the court. Hannah is working on his 3, and he has become a solid mid range shooter, so won’t rule out anything, but will assume he will continue to need to be surrounded by 4 shooters to pair best with his offensive game. Certainly Corey Thomas is a big bet a lot of dreams hinge around, and the staffs approach shows their utter confidence that he will deliver. |

No pressure Corey Thomas but the season hinges on you being good and healthy. |

We're going after winning the MVC so we can play small ball and still have the size to win. We're not going to be a S16 team. Had we kept Connor Hickman and Reink Mast, things would be considerably different.
