Both seem like decent gets.

Walker had some pretty good mid-major offers and could become the type of player to replace Jayson Kent at ISU.

Indiana State gets a commitment from VMI transfer Tyran Cook. He averaged 12 a game as a freshman. VMI scores a ton of points so the numbers are a bit misleading but he has some talent. He's a Milwaukee area kid.

Leon Bond III to UNI is official. I really wish Bradley would have tried to get him. Another Milwaukee kid.

Murray State could have a turnaround this season, in my view, especially if they find a solid big man.

Damien Mayo Jr goes from Missouri State to SIU He has a shot to be a decent scorer, especially if you subscribe to the theory of a Dana Ford tax, and I do. He can get to the bucket and finish, and Nagy likes to get out and run. Good get for them.

Kennard Davis returning to SIU. I think he’s a pretty good player.

This is the window where the MVC is getting more competitive gradually, and we are seeing it. Murray looks pretty good on paper. I think Mullins is deficient in offensive structure and Nagy is proficient, and they are filling out their roster decently to help him get off to a nice start, I think.
Nice that we have continuity at Bradley, but hope the staff reconsiders their approach with the final rides. It’s going to be a grind, as it always is.

It isn't a race to be the first one done with your recruiting. I know that takes some stress away in May/June/July - but that's kind of why they get paid the big bucks - as the saying goes. Bradley really should reconsider "running it back" like they have it right now. They would be leaving a LOT of meat on the bone.

I like the guys Murray has gotten for their backcourt, I like what SIU has done, and I'm pretty impressed with what Graves has done at Indiana State. I am not sure exactly why but I thought they'd have a massive fall and recruiting doesn't exactly show that. Still have to see who meshes well together but it's certainly noticeable. Btw, I miss the emoticon choice ability from the previous board.

But then take some projects and develop them.
