On the radio post game, they mentioned Thomas’ quality contribution, and Wardle agreed saying that Thomas is one of our best rebounders, we probably should play him more.

The turnovers continue to be maddening…not so much in terms of the total number of turnovers, but in who the turnovers are coming from.
We only had 10 turnovers in the Wright St game…which isn’t awful. But 8 of our 10 turnovers came from our 4s and 5s (Almar, Meta, Hannah, and Thomas), and that just can’t keep happening.
Zek, Duke, and Davis combined for 0 turnovers in this game…that’s an amazing stat given how much they handle the ball. But the good from that gets negated when the bigs turn it over at the ridiculous rate they have been.

I can’t imagine they aren’t a top three team in the Horizon. We asked some of their fans that question where were they picked in their league? I guess Oakland and Milwaukee Wisconsin Milwaukee are favored, but these guys gotta be right up there, although Murray State spanked them Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Wright State was picked 5th in the Horizon League preseason poll. Milwaukee and Purdue Fort Wayne were picked as co-favorites. Northern Kentucky was finished to picked 3rd and Oakland was picked to finish 4th. I can't remember where Murray State was projected this year, but we were projected #1 so....
Limit the damn turnovers and hit some shots. Let's go boys.

The thing that pops out on MTSU’s profile is they have been really good on the glass. If we can fight on the boards with Atlason-Hannah combos today, I’ll take that as a very good indicator for the season and the potential of their primary lineups they run.
